Dear Members,

Attached is a copy of the Lunch Time duty schedule and the SP TOUR Duty
slots.
As we are now in short of manpower (No Year 1s yet), some of you may have to
do double duties for the SP TOUR. But I can ensure you that none of you will
do it more then twice.

I have tried to compromise with everyone's time tables, however some of the
members who have not send me their timetable will have their duties randomly
slot. Again, some members will have to do double duties due to the previous
duty not completed / shortage of members.
I hope to gain everyone's understanding.

Please take note of your duty slots and make mutual swops or get a Letter of
Absence if necessary.

Hi All!

I guess many of you are wondering what is SP Tour about, right?
Please read the attached document i have sent out before, It's written at
the top.
But i shall copy it here, just a reminder to all. =)

- The SP Tour Duty Schedule is compulsory for selected SPAC2GO members.
- A medical certificate/letter of excuse is expected for any absence.
- The attire for this duty is the SPAC2GO Polo-Tee-Shirt with SPAC2GO Name
Tag and SP Lanyard.
- No shorts/Bermudas and slippers are to be worn on duty.
- Please make mutual swops amongst yourselves if you are unable to attend
the duty dates as scheduled and to update on this copy housed within the Courses
& Careers Guidance Centre.
- SPAC2GO members who do not comply with the regulations shall be severely
dealt with.

READ HERE: Members will usher the students from FC5 to the Car park (The
entrance near staff centre), then usher the students to the auditorium. For
every event, there will be 4 members around. 2 members will usher one bus,
then rotate.

Venue, Period and Dates & Duration
Tours would be scheduled on the Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15 July to 28
August from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Members who are involved can request for a
Letter of Absence from Grace or Karen.

NOTE: Members are to arrived at 2.15pm SHARP at FC 5, and there should be an
officer around to give a more detailed briefing.

Hello! Dear SPAC2Go Members,

As the new term starts, there are couple of reminders and things to do.

1) Lunch Time Duty, SP Tour, and Timetable
I'll be drafting out a new list of Duty schedule, so members kindly send your Timetable (Preferably in .DOC format) via this email (jean_spac2go@hotmail.com). Please identify your timetables with your name. Should I not receive your timetable by Wed July 09, I shall put your name into empty slots and you have to mutually swop among yourselves.

A copy of this Lunchtime Duty Schedule and the SP Tour Duty Schedule will also be sent to all members by FRIDAY. So Check your email. =)

2) Copy of Results Slip and Timetable
Please prepare a photocopy/printed copy of your latest Results Slip and class timetable and hand it over to SAA Officer Karen Goh by Wed July 09 2003. Mrs Lim will view through these documents.

3) All-Members Meeting
There will be an All-Members meeting on Wed July 09 2003 on 3.15pm at MPH (Multi-Purpose Hall)
Pass the message on and Remind each other. That Works! =)

To All NDP Participants,

NDP full-dress rehearsal is on Sun (6 July). There is no transportation provided. Please meet at the West Entrance by 11.20am. The dress code for the rehearsal is full-uniform. Please have your uniform on when you reach the stadium because there might not be any place for you to keep another set of your clothing. Full-uniform also means leather shoes - for guys / court shoes - for ladies.

Please try not to bring any bag along as there might not have a safe spot for you to put your belongings. Try not to bring anything valuable to the stadium. We are not responsible for any loss of your belongings. Water would be provided hence there may not be a need for you to bring water bottles.
